George Richardson

George Richardson’s service card for the Red Cross says only that he lived at Farm Cottage and was employed as a gardener/lavatory cleaner from January 1916 until January 1919. George was paid £1 a week initially, but by the end of the war, this had risen to £1 and 15 shillings.
